We shall share your information to authorized partners, as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. providing a quotation or to sign up for our updates. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp and/or call in the future to tell you about our offers, new products or services, or any updates on this privacy policy.

Your primarily interaction with us is to generate customize tenancy agreement, and/or request e-signatures and/ or get a free stamping fee quotation and stamp tenancy agreement on web.

In order for us to facilitate these actions, you are required to give personal information, which includes name, email address, contact number, identification number, and address of both the landlord and tenant, and the property address.

 

Your information with your consent will be forwarded to our partners to generate stamp duty quotes for you. With regards to “Submit” your information, your consent may also be used by us and our partners to assess your needs for the specific product.

 

If you decide not to complete the steps necessary to perform these actions or to leave the site altogether, we will not keep any information you have provided. It is not obligatory for you to provide the personal information being requested, but if you do not, we will not be able to provide you with the services and/or products requested.

 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

 

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as personal data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon next to the address of the web page, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy regularly.

If you wish to cancel our service, please contact us ASAP from the date of the transaction stating the following:-

We will process your refund or will forward your refund request to the LHDN to review and will notify you whether or not your request is approved. If rejected, we will notify you the same and if approved, we will notify you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

 Please take note that once the stamping job/service is completed on our side, any request for refund will be forwarded to the LHDN for consideration and approval. We will forward your request for refund to the LHDN immediately. The refund process will normally take between 2 to 14 working days.

If you encounter any problems or issues with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We take all problem or issue seriously and will resolve it the soonest possible. We aim to make our customers happy.

We will refund fully the amount paid for stamping if unable to stamp the tenancy agreement for any reasons.

No processing fee for any refund request.
